Year round community events will include chef dinners at the Boathouse, food trucks, guided nature and geology hikes, guest speakers, and open air concerts.

The Ranches at Eagles Nest will offer fishing in the stocked Community lakes. The showpiece of the community will be the planned Eagles Lake, a 20 acre fresh-water-fed deep water lake, offering expansive views of Sardis Lake and the Oklahoma mountains surrounding the Ranches.

The Ranches’ extensive trail system will include over 250 acres of Community Trails and open space. With professionally designed trails, unique waypoints, overlooks and secluded picnic areas, be sure that you will always have room to roam just outside of your mountain paradise. Trails access all areas of the Ranches at Eagles Nest, and will total over 12 miles of trails, winding through natural mountain land, rock outcroppings, vistas, ravines, creeks and lakes.

The proposed Eagle Lake will feature a heritage styled Community Boathouse. The Boathouse will be a gathering place for the community, able to host events as well as offer canoes, stand up paddleboards and paddleboats for enjoyment of Eagle Lake during warmer months. The dock at Eagle Lake will offer breathtaking views of the surrounding forests and streams.

The Community Boathouse on Eagles Lake will be available for event rentals to owners. Able to host up to 150 guests with a catering kitchen, the Eagles Lake Boathouse will be the perfect spot to host your family reunion, wedding or rehearsal dinner.

The Ranches at Eagles Nest will offer responsive community services – Including a staffed concierge desk, a mailroom, gated security and on-site medical services.

Rest and recreate easy knowing that your private physician and medical staff are located on-site at Eagles Nest, able to assist with all of your family’s medical needs and prescriptions. The Community Area at Eagles Nest has planned for a medical facility with future Phase developments.
